THE RUNS

             Long 14-16km,( Limited to 100 runners per event) R150-00

-       The tough one (between 450 and 650m of climbing)

-       Awesome views, mixture of jeep track, single track, cow paths

-       Some technical sections of single track with some new additions along the coast

 

 Short 8km (12yrs and older) R60-00

-       Great views, 3km of single track with a couple of technical sections but fine if walked

-       A good introduction to trail running

-       Will have a sweeper to make sure everyone is home safe and sound

            Fun 4km (prizes for under 12 s only) R40-00

-       A fun 4km through the forest and next to the dam

-       Off road but not technical

-       Not pram friendly

-       Mainly for the fit 10-12yr olds and the fun runner

Spur Kiddies Farmyard Adventure Trail 1,5km R20-00

-       Self guided walk for parents and kids

-       Next to the dam and through the forest

-       Past the calf pens and back to a Spur goodie bag and a cup cake
